Problem: Following the Covid pandemic, how do we drive footfall back to our shopping malls? Solution: Re-build community trust and interest in the shopping centres through a vibrant and exciting advertising campaign. Outcome: The delivery of a series of innovative campaigns and events leading to increased footfall at the Maidstone site – due to the success of the campaign it was subsequently rolled-out at other mall locations.
