Tackling ATM card fraud

Problem: ATM card fraud growth creating uncertainty with European banks leading to genuine card withdrawals being declined. Solution: The Visa Device Profiling service predicts where ATM fraud is most likely to happen meaning more genuine card withdrawals can be approved. A 2D animation tells the story, highlighting the problem and the solution – this formed a key part of the launch activity to help sell the service to member banks.
